Hi,

I am Paul Hager, an innovative entrepreneur in healthcare and I would like to send you a personal message.

I am surprised that the salary scales are still structured in such a way where highly educated and driven people who help clients, earn (so much) less than those who do not help clients. Additionally, the ever-increasing workload, which results precisely from the high costs of such (often unnecessary) overheads, ends up entirely on the shoulders of the professionals.

Perhaps you have also dreamt about running your own practice, or already have one.
